Balloon Designs

• Set-up balloon designs away from heat and direct sunlight
• Avoid having balloons set-up in high winds/windy areas
• Consistent supervision is recommended with small children
• Keep away from pets
• Avoid handling balloons as much as possible. Natural oils in our skin can cause weakness on the balloon material
• Keep away from direct contact with most plants. Some plants have tiny sharp leaves that will burst balloons

When our balloons are in a healthy environment and cared for properly, they will be stunning for the time span of your event. Our designs usually look beautiful for days even weeks after. Since balloons are known to be sensitive and there are so many variables that affect the balloons once inflated, there is no guaranteed life span of any balloon or balloon design. 

All balloon sizes referenced at anytime are the sizes assigned by the manufacturers. They do not represent the final size of the inflated balloons.

Special mylar shapes / special occasion / licensed characters or variation of graphic text balloons may not always be available and will be substituted. The balloons we will use will be the same theme and have similar sentiment.

Large custom created orders may require special delivery arrangements where additional fees may apply. Depending on the circumstances of the order or event details, we may need to divide into multiple delivery trips or may require a larger delivery method.
